Getting Started: Registration Process

Registration

Step 1

In your web browser visit https://floodre.addresscloud.com/sign-up.  You will be presented with a Sign-up page like this.  Please enter your work email address and choose a password that meets our security rules.

Step 2

You will need to validate your email address.  Please check your email for a message from Flood Re.  If the email has not arrived within 5 minutes please check your spam folder in case this has been incorrectly flagged as spam.

Step 3

Your email has now been verified and you are ready to log on for the first time.  We use multi factor authentication for your security so you will need to check your email again for a 6 digit code.


Step 4

Check your email for the 6 digit code.  Copy this and paste back into the login box at the Property Data Hub website.


Step 5

Congratulations you are now fully authenticated and ready to use the Property Data Hub!  If you experience any issues with this process or for any support queries please email the support team at support@floodre.co.uk.  If you are seeing an error about your IP address or email domain please refer to our Troubleshooting guide below.


Troubleshooting

My IP Address Is Not Recognised

The Property Data Hub portal is only available to participants on their corporate network.  If you see the error below please ensure you are connected to your VPN and/or working on your usual work machine.  If you are still experiencing issues please contact your local IT support desk in the first instance.

My Email Domain Is Not Registered with Flood Re

The Property Data Hub portal is only available to participants from registered Flood Re domains.  If you see the error below please ensure you are using your work email address.  If you continue to see this error please contact the Flood Re support desk at support@floodre.co.uk.
